Cricket Coaching Education

Coach education is critical in encouraging, developing and improving players across the US. NJ Cricket Council is working to establish educational opportunities for those interested in contributing to the growth of the game within their community.

Coaching courses not only aid in providing key concepts and skills to fulfill a particular role, they also groom individuals to take on leadership roles that mentor, advice and inspire players. NJ Cricket Council strongly believes that these individuals will play a vital role for cricket to succeed at state and national level.

NJ Cricket Council is working to develop a coach education pathway that allows coaches the opportunity to learn and improve their knowledge and skills as appropriate to the group they are coaching.
