In order to achieve its vision and mission, the NJ Cricket Council will work to ensure that every interested player is introduced to the game and is given the opportunity to progress through a structured coaching and training program.
NJ Cricket Council wishes to ensure that every Player, Umpire, Coaching Staff and any other member associated with the council will perform to the highest level that he desires according to his ability and will contribute to the game within the spirit of the game.
